- Blue: Car connected. The cable’s in, and your EV’s linked up, but it’s not charging yet. Maybe it’s waiting for a scheduled start.
- Green: Charging in progress. The juice is flowing, and your battery’s getting topped up. All good here!
- Red: Locked. Your charger’s secured via the app, so no one’s unplugging it without your say so.
- Yellow: Smart schedule active. If you’ve set a charging timetable to take advantage of low off-peak rates, this means it’s on track and ready to kick off when you’ve told it to.
- Purple (flashing): Firmware update in progress. Your charger’s getting a little software glow-up to keep it running at its best. Just let it do its thing—it won’t take long.
- Blue (flashing): Identifying charger. If you’ve got multiple units or you’re using an app to pinpoint this one, this blinking blue light helps you spot it.
- Red (flashing): Fault detected. Something’s not quite right - could be a connection issue or something internal. Don’t panic; check the manual for troubleshooting tips or give our support team a shout, and we’ll sort it out together.
