How to Connect Your Charger for the First Time

Getting your Simpson & Partners charger connected for the first time is quick and easy. All you’ll need is your phone, the Simpson & Partners app, and the PIN card that came with your charger. Follow the steps below to get everything set up and ready to charge.

1. Download the Simpson & Partners app

  • Available on both iOS and Android.

2. Stand near the charger

  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
  • The charger should be powered on and displaying lights.

3. Find your charger in the app

  • The charger should appear under “Available Chargers.”
  • If it doesn’t show straight away, tap “Refresh.”

4. Connect to the charger

  • Tap on your charger from the list.
  • When prompted, enter the PIN number — this can be found on the credit card–sized card included with your charger.
  • Once entered, the app will connect to the charger.

💡 Tip: If the app appears to keep loading for a while, force close it and try again.
If the issue persists, power off the charger and turn it back on, then retry.

5. Connect to Wi-Fi

  • After the Bluetooth setup is complete, follow the steps in the app to connect your charger to your Wi-Fi network.
