If your energy manager is not reading usage correctly it is likely that it needs to be recalibrated. This involves updating the charger to reset the colour of the clamp being used and can be changed from the installer section of the app.
Stand next to the charger
Open the App
Open the installer section
Pin is 880088
Scroll down to Energy Manager setup
Check the CT colour is set to Blue
Save
If you then restart the charger it should update and use the correct calibrated readings
