When you see this message in the S&P App, the Wireless Energy Manager battery needs to be recharged.
Recharge the battery by plugging a power source with the USB-C cable provided into the back of the Wireless Energy Manager for a couple of hours.
If there are no sockets nearby, you can try connecting a power bank / portable charger to charge the battery.
After the battery has recharged for a couple of hours, press the pair button on the back of the Wireless Energy Manager. You should see a blue LED come on inside the Wireless Energy Manager.
Once the battery has recharged it should automatically reconnect to your charger.

Failsafe Charge Rating
When the Wireless Energy Manager has disconnected from your charger, the charger will reverted to a failsafe charge rating to avoid overloading your fuse.
This means that your car will charge at a slower rate until the battery has been recharged and the Wireless Energy Manager is reconnected with the charger.
