- Make sure you have Bluetooth on and our app has permission to use Bluetooth.
- Stand within Bluetooth range of your chargepoint and launch the Simpson app.
- Select the chargepoint you would like to connect to Wi-Fi. Note: If your chargepoint does not appear right away, press the refresh button in the top right.
- Press the cog symbol in the top right corner to navigate to settings.
- Press “Change” on the Wi-Fi network section.
- The app will scan for available Wi-Fi networks, select your preferred network. Note: If you can't see your network, you can set up a network connection manually by typing in your SSID and password. Go back to the settings page and click on “Set WiFi Manually”.
- Wait for the chargepoint to establish a connection to your network. Once succesfully connected, the Wi-Fi symbol on the dashboard will be illuminated and you can connect to your charger from anywhere.
