We are seeking a European Account Manager to establish, nurture, and expand strategic partnerships with OEM car manufacturers and energy companies, driving innovation in EV charging and battery storage solutions. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who excels at managing high-value existing relationships while identifying and securing new future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Strengthen and expand partnerships with OEMs, utilities, and energy providers, ensuring long-term collaboration.
  • Future Business Development: Identify and cultivate new strategic opportunities to align with emerging EV and battery storage trends.
  • Sales & Growth Strategy: Lead regional market expansion, targeting fleet electrification, bidirectional charging, and home energy storage integration.
  • Innovation & Partnerships: Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to shape cutting-edge solutions for EV charging and battery storage ecosystems.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Manage high-value contracts, pricing agreements, and long-term service engagements with industry-leading clients.
  • Market Expansion & Local Adaptation: Develop tailored strategies for key European markets, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and market demands.
  • Industry Presence & Networking: Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and policy discussions, staying ahead of industry shifts.
  • Sustainability Leadership: Advocate for modular, scalable charging solutions and energy storage innovations that prioritize genuine sustainability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or strategic partnerships within the EV charging, battery storage, automotive, or energy sectors.
  • Expertise in managing existing relationships while driving new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of OEM business models, fleet electrification, and energy infrastructure.
  • Experience with multi-country market strategies, adapting to local regulatory environments.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical solutions into compelling value propositions.
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
